This website describes CPAET services for charities and nonprofit organizations. It provides general information, not advice tailored to your organization. Do not rely on website content alone to make tax, legal, financial or regulatory decisions. Requirements and individual circumstances can change.

Engagement and scope

Visiting this site, emailing us or booking an introductory call does not create a client relationship or authorize work or a filing. Services begin only after we agree in writing on the engagement, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and any required authorization. Your signed engagement governs the services if it differs from general website information.

Audit, review and other assurance engagements are not offered. Political Financing & Record Keeping support is separately scoped and does not imply a regulatory qualification or compliance guarantee. AI-assisted tools support routine work with human review; they do not remove the need for accurate source information and client approval.

Prices and timing

Published prices are starting points in Canadian dollars before GST/HST. The final fee depends on workload and agreed scope. All-in support is a 12-month plan billed monthly; first-year setup is a separate one-time charge. Additional cleanup, filings, reports or work outside the agreed limits are quoted separately before work begins. Custom pricing applies where indicated.

Availability, setup timing, deadlines and submission responsibilities must be confirmed for your engagement. A booking request is not a guarantee that a particular deadline can be met.

Your information and use of the site

Provide accurate information and share records only when you have authority to do so. Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or introduce harmful material. Do not include credentials or confidential financial records in an introductory booking or ordinary inquiry email. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and external services

CPAET branding, original website text and design are owned by CPAET Solutions Inc. or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for lawful purposes. Reuse of our branding or substantial original content requires permission, except where law allows it.

Links to Google booking, LinkedIn, public resources and other websites are provided for convenience. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions or outdated information may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded, or changes our responsibilities under a signed engagement.
