Simple Steps to Start

Once clients choose our tax filing services, we will email the contract details for your review. Clients should sign the contract and return it to us.

We will email the signed contract back to the client and provide a secure upload link for submitting tax documents. Throughout the tax preparation process, clients may contact us via email team@cpaet.com regarding document submission. Once all required documents have been uploaded, cancellations will not be accepted after 48 hours.

– Standard processing time: 10-15 business days.

– Expedited processing: Completed within 5 business days (additional fees apply).

Upon completion of the tax return, we will email the client to review the finalized tax return. If no revisions are needed, clients must sign the authorization form, allowing us to EFILE the return to the CRA. Once the client confirms, we will send the invoice for the tax filing service.

We will electronically file the tax return with the CRA, completing the process. The client will receive a confirmation email, including:

– The filed tax return

– An official submission receipt from the tax authority

– A client satisfaction survey
